Notes: A beautiful example of a fruit filled Waipara Pinot Gris. The aroma is full of summer stonefruits such as apricot, yellow peach and nectarine. These aroma’s further presenting in the palate- combined with a subtle honey-like sweetness and added complexity from the barrel fermentation. Overall- a fantastic wine, perfect for summer drinking or to server with asian cuisine. Highly recommended and winner of a 2015 Gold medal.
Drinks well now, or cellaring for 2-4 years.
