Notes: Of all the wines entered for 2016’s award, this wine kept the judges talking, debating and praising the longest. Produced from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay this unique wine is truly worth of your musing as well.
Long forgotten are the traditional aroma’s of Strawberries and Cream, this Rose introduces a nose of summer berries, spices and vanilla. The refined palate is multilayered and complex, including cranberry, Pomegranate, herbaceous notes, flinty minerality and just a hint of that familiar strawberry coming through.
Perfect for drinking as an aperitif, or with seafood, salad and light pasta.
