Notes: A new focus project from acclaimed winemakers Erica and Kim Crawford, has landed an Elite Gold at the inaugural NZ Organic Wine Awards, which translates roughly to ‘grab it whilst you can!’ . This Sauvignion Blanc has a wonderful purity, both in the taste, and texture. A refreshing palate of grapefruit, lime, leaving a finish of sweet tropical flavours. Great for drinking now, or cellaring for 2-4 years for those who like a little less acidity.
