Notes: An elegant and well structured Canterbury Pinot Noir. Beautiful rich aroma’s of ripe cherry, and dark stone-fruit. Medium bodied with velvety tannins. Earthy to taste, with spice nuances and minerality throughout to create a well balanced and intricately structured wine. A stand out against the typical stone-fruit driven flavours found in many Pinot Noir’s. Drinks well now, however the structure will continue to build, and tannings smooth out over the coming 5-6 years.
