Notes: A zesty summer Sauvignion Blanc, taking a Silver medal at the first Organic Wine Awards. Aroma’s of sweet lime, fresh cut herbs, and a flint minerality. Dry to the taste, yet refreshing, with crisp citrus acidity balanced against sweet tropical undertones and ripe gooseberries. Drinks well now, will cellar for a further 18-24 months.
