Notes: A Methode from a biodynamic certified vineyard is a rare find, which based on the results of the NV L2012 is a great shame.
58% Pinot Noir, and 42% Chardonnay this Methode would hold its own with those in a far higher price bracket. Aroma’s of toasted nuts, and crisp apples, and palate of lime and rock melon lead to a sustained, smooth dry finish. Perfect as an aperitif. Drinking well now, or cellar for 5-8 years.
