Notes: An almost unique wine in New Zealand, think an elegant champagne without the bubbles. An attractive light pinkish hue in the glass, this white wine made from 100% pinot noir makes the perfect aperitif, especially in summer months. Aroma’s of lime, white peach and lemon blossom transition into long lingering flavours of refreshing fruit and citrus. Perfectly balanced, and almost impossibly smooth.
One of our favourites for this summer, but would happily cellar for 2-3 years. I heard a rumour this sold out in NZ fairly early last year, so get in quick if you can.
