Notes: An elegant medium bodied, fantastically balanced oaked Sauvignon Blanc. Blending traditional Sauvignon character such as lemon, gooseberry and stonefruit against the buttery oak backdrop to create a sophisticated, balanced wine, whilst retaining enough complexity to keep you curious. Drinking well now, however stone fruit flavours should be intensified by careful cellaring over the next 2-3 years.
Richmond Plains is a BioGro and Demeter certified vineyard utilising and embracing the land via a plethora of techniques to go far above and beyond all current NZ Sustainability criteria.
