Notes: Now our most awarded wine, The Darling Sauvignon Blanc is always a pleasant surprise. A fresh, vibrant wine typical of the Marlborough region’s popular Sauvignon Blanc, but being blended with 10% of a barrel fermented parcel adds layers of complexity and intrigue as well as a rich smooth mouth feel.
Punchy passionfruit and citrus on the nose lead to a palate of grapefruit, capsicum and flint. The Darling’s 3rd consecutive Gold medal at the NZ Organic Wine Awards is a well deserved accolade, and well worthy of testing yourself.
