Notes: A rich, fruity Wairapa Pinot Gris. 100% barrel fermented in old French Oak, which gives the wine a great nutty, buttery taste, adding complexity both to the aroma, and taste. The palate balances these nutty nuances against apricot, rock melon, white peach, with a pleasant lingering dry apricot finish.
Drinks well now, or cellaring for 2-4 years.
