Notes: Dark red cherry in colour, this medium bodied Pinot Noir was a stand-out in category. Rich aroma’s of ripe cherry, stone-fruit, hints of cinnamon and mineral nuances. The palate supports the stone-fruit aroma’s with flavours of cherry and cinnamon plums. The minerality shines through in the taste, which along with hints of herbs, and generous oak adds layers of complexity to the wine. Drinks well now, however will benefit greatly from careful cellaring over the coming years.
