Notes: Beautiful, zesty Sauvignon with all of the notes expected from this premium Sav region. A sweet citrus nose, with aroma’s of passion fruit, lime, and peach. Sweet tropical and citrus fruit flavours, balanced against savoury green capsicum nuances for a pleasant, sustained finish. Drinking best now, but will cellar well over the 12 months.
