Notes: The best named Riesling in New Zealand? We think so! Named to describe the terrain of the vineyards on the banks of the Waipara gorge, and how the site is constantly evolving,  the Liquid Geography more than lives up to it’s name. Light straw in appearance this wine, despite being medium in sweetness (sweeter than many new-age Riesling’s in the area), is changing drinkers long held belief that they ‘don’t like Riesling’. Aroma’s of lemon, lime, honeysuckle with floral hints leading to a sophisticated and refined yet very agreeable palate of vibrant citrus fruits, honey like sweetness and mineral undertones.

Fantastic as an aperitif, South East Asian cuisine or with cheese board. This wine will cellar well until around 2022.

Available in a surprising amount of supermarkets and  wine shops throughout NZ, or via overseas distributors.
