Notes: Ageing perfectly, this 2015 silver medal winning wine is maturing perfectly in the bottle and has marched straight to gold for 2016. The great news is that this is only going to improve over the next few years, so take the opportunity to track down a few bottles whilst you can!
Rich aroma’s of butter and roasted nuts, with notes of peach and citrus coming through when opening the wine up. A perfectly balanced palate, very smooth with the rich buttery and creamy flavors coming through as a result of a perfectly executed MLF*. Complexity is added with refreshing citrus nuances to create an overall fantastically balanced glass of NZ Chardonnay.
Drinks perfectly now, or over the next 3-4 years, as the layers will further unfold.
